Booking & Registration Fee

• A ₹500 non-refundable registration fee is required to confirm your booking.

• This fee will be adjusted against the total service cost during your session.

• Your booking request will only be processed after successful payment via UPI.

Payment & Confirmation

• After submitting the booking form, you will receive a UPI payment link to complete the ₹500 registration.

• Once payment is received, please send a screenshot to 8700375248 for verification.

• Full session fees (excluding the ₹500 registration fee) must be paid before or at the time of the session as per the agreed method.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule your session once, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• IIf you notify us of your inability to attend the session between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled time, you will be eligible for a 25% refund. However, the session would not be rescheduled.

• A 25% refund will be provided if the session is canceled by the client. In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be issued.

No-Show & Late Arrivals

• If you do not join the session at the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show, and your payment will be forfeited.

• If you are late, the session will continue only for the remaining scheduled time. No extra time will be provided.

Service Terms

• The services provided (Astrology, Numerology, Tarot, Counseling, etc.) are for guidance and personal growth.

• We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from these services.

• Sessions are conducted with confidentiality, and your personal details will not be shared.

Refund Policy

• The ₹500 registration fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If you have made a full payment for a service but wish to cancel, refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• If the payment has been deducted from your account, please avoid making another payment and share the transaction details with our support team.
