• A 20% deduction will be applied to the course amount in case of a refund.

• If approved, the refund (after a 20% deduction) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Failure to notify us before enrolling in the course.

• Failure to attend live sessions or webinars (if applicable).

• Requests made beyond the 7-day refund period.

• Technical issues related to the user's device or internet connectivity.

4. Course Transfers & Adjustments

• If you are unable to continue a course, we may offer a course credit for future enrollments at our discretion.

• Course transfers to another individual are not allowed.
